Haneda Airport International Arrival

Upon arrival, please contact our Contact Center. Since the parking space for taxis is limited, your car will wait at the taxi lane where the driver will hold up your Name Board.

Narita Airport

Terminal 1 & Terminal 2

Our driver will check your arrival flight number and will be waiting at the exit with your Name Board. Upon arrival please check the Arrival Information Board for your baggage claim exit. Please exit from the specified exit. The exit area is identified as either A or B. If you do not have any check-in baggage (hand carried baggage only), please use the same exit as the baggage claim exit.

In Terminal 2 there are two exits (A and B). Our driver will check your arrival flight number and will be waiting at the exit with your Name Board.

Please note that for Name Board Meet Service at the Narita Airport, we will charge \3,000 parking fee on top of the usual taxi fees, as our drivers must park their taxis at the toll parking area.
